style="line-height:2;">英国VAT税务数字化(MTD)是目前英国税局(HMRC)的关键战略焦点之一，其主要目的是对税务管理和申报的过程进行现代化转型。而其中第一阶段就是要将VAT业务进行数字化。</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">任何进行了VAT注册，且VAT可征税营业额到达VAT起征点(目前为£85,000)的企业都将被要求进行VAT数字化申报。自2010年起, VAT的申报就已经可以在网上完成。现今已有超过98%的VAT注册企业通过电子化流程进行申报。然而，这次的MTD项目要求企业对现有流程做出重大改变。</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">英国VAT增值税数字化主要涉及两方面变动：</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">1. 通过具有数字证书链接的功能兼容软件对数字化记录的信息进行维护，进而使用数字化记录创建生成VAT申报内容，并通过程序编程接口(API)连接至英国税务局(HMRC)的系统。</span> </p><p> <span
