style="line-height:2;">什么是英国VAT低申报?</span></strong> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">我们再给大家科普一下Flat Rate Scheme，其实FRS的翻译并不是“低税率申报方案”，而是“统一费率方案”，旨在简化你销售和购买的记录。之所以被称为低税率，是因为它与标准税率的20%相比，税率是比较低的。它允许您使用一个固定的费率乘以你的总含税营业额来计算增值税，固定费率取决于业务的类型。而我们作为跨境电商卖家，一般都统一适用7.5%的固定税率，新注册用户第一年可减免1%，也就是说，今年注册的税号，满足申请FRS的条件，首四季度内可享受6.5%的固定税率，当然，如果你在这期间的销售额超出了使用FRS的条件，那么你将退出FRS，恢复到20%的标准税率。</span> </p><p> <br></p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">下面有两个简单的条件判断是否可以进行英国VAT低申报：</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">1.如果你的成本低于营业额的2%;</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">2.如果你的成本高于营业额的2%，但是低于1000英镑一年</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">对于跨境电商卖家来说，成本低于总营业额的2%是不现实的，所以就看第二条了，如果你平均每季度的总成本低于250英镑的话，那么你也是limited cost style="line-height:2;">英国VAT低税率申报是直接跟销售额挂钩的，如果你店铺销售额即将超出23万英镑的话，是不能申报低税率的。那你需写一封信件给我们发给英国税局就可以了，然后通过审核后我们再帮你申报。信的内容一般是写你的产品销售额超出限额，想申请转为标准税率，这样就可以了。</span> </p><p> <br></p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">英国VAT低申报注意事项</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">01 一年的销售额低于15 万英镑客户可以申请flat vat，一般来说中国卖家的产品首年是6.5%(vat 生效后的首年)，第二年是7.5%，但是进口交过的vat 就不能抵扣了!并且最终税率的多少，是需要在税局核定税率后才能确定。</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">02 使用flat vat 必须得事先申请，等税局同意后才可使用，不是说即刻申请即刻使用，而且必须连续申报4 个季度(即使零申报也要做完4个季度)，每四个季度为一个阶段，如果想要退出，须在阶段结束前2 个月提出。</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">03 如果中途预估自己本年销售额会超过23w镑，最晚要在下次申报30天向税局申请将flat vat 调回标准vat。</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">04 使用flat vat 的一定要100%申报销售平台所有数据，英国对flat vat 查账频率会很高，如果您账号在未有vat 之前有销售或者之前有少报，风险会很高，如果被查除了需要全部补缴之前未缴税金，税局按情况再确定罚款数额。</span> </p><p> <span style="line-height:2;">近年来VAT一直处于风头浪尖，在跨境电商圈中也饱受热议，注册VAT已经是势在必行。对于英国vat零申报，如果是达到条件的，自然是皆大欢喜啦，如果不行那还是不要强求了。</span> </p><p>
